The Uplands at Lambert Lane Association . . .

The affairs of the Association shall be conducted by a Board of Directors and such officers as the Board may elect or appoint, in accordance with the Articles and By-Laws, as the same may be amended from time to time. The composition of the Board shall be defined in the By-Laws.

The Association's officers shall each have such powers and duties as generally pertain to their respective offices.

The President is the Chief Executive Office of the Association. The President shall preside at all meetings of the Board of Directors and shall see that orders and resolutions of the Board are carried out.

The Vice-President is vested with all the powers which are required to perform the duties of the association president in the absence of the president.

The Secretary shall keep the minutes of the meetings and record in a minute book all resolutions adopted and all other transactions occurring at such meetings. The Secretary shall keep appropriate current records showing the Members of the Association together with their addresses.

The Treasurer has primary responsibility for preparation of the budget. The Treasurer shall keep proper books of account and shall cause an annual financial review of the Association books at the completion of each fiscal year.

The Association Manager provides a variety of services including but not limited to collecting assessments, sub-contractor endeavors, financial advisement and statement/reports preparation and analysis, general maintenance and problem resolution, and advisement on legal and other property related matters.

Works directly with the board of directors to plan, motivate, organize, and direct efforts so that all objectives can be effectively accomplished in a timely and professional manner.
